2023 has been a true leap year for RAPP.

Focusing on big transformation briefs has empowered us to revolutionise the business. For our clients, people, future and the wider industry. We’ve made revolutionary leaps with day-to-day business and transformed every client. This has ensured our highest ever client satisfaction scores (8.8) and extended average tenure to 14 years, with 40% of clients increasing spend. We’ve also attracted £45m+ new business billings (including wins for CCS, BBC, Chase). That’s £3m higher than last year. So, officially, it’s now our best new-business year ever. We’ve done this by transforming together. We upskilled our entire workforce with future-fit training programmes, exceeded industry DE&I targets and launched a dynamic career accelerator. Office culture has soared with 80% occupancy across core days and employee retention up by 25%. Lastly, we transformed to make ourselves and our clients future-fit. Using AI and automation we accelerated the future of marketing, making clients more efficient, profitable and sustainable. Our initiatives are driving a more equitable future and Gender Matters research leads the way for individualised, inclusive marketing. And importantly we’ve done all of this by putting our core proposition – Standing Up for Individuality – at the heart.
