We seized 2025 with clarity and confidence: investing in future-ready talent, pioneering agentic CRM systems, and delivering the strategic innovation clients need to stay ahead. We didn't just keep up with change, we built it. We delivered game-changing outcomes for Mercedes Benz, KFC, Barclays, TVL and more, achieving a record client satisfaction score of 8.8. Ranked No.1 in our category across leadership, craft and effectiveness, we also launched five industry-leading productised innovations to keep our clients ahead, setting the standard where others followed. Commercially, new business opportunities climbed 35%, win rate shot up 13%, and we secured £20m in new business billings. Our people flourished too: 500 upskilled via Future Fest, 65 promotions, POC entry-level hires increased to 38%, female leadership to 54%, but reduced our gender pay gap to 7.7%.
