Franki Goodwin was named Campaign’s Creative Leader of the Year for 2024, acknowledging a year of outstanding creative output. In 2025, not a single laurel has been rested on: Saatchi & Saatchi revitalised its famous belief that Nothing Is Impossible with fresh new meaning, and it’s been a year of doubling down on integrated creative excellence. 2025 has seen Franki continue to build a creative culture which sets the standard and where talent can thrive. Drawing on her non-traditional background in film and design, she has continued to push the agency to explore new platforms, formats and ways of telling stories, reimagining what creativity can achieve.

Over the past 12 months, this approach has led to award-winning work for brands including John Lewis, OVO, EE and Subway that is culturally relevant and commercially effective across social-first storytelling and special build platforms alongside traditional, news-agenda leading TV moments. New talent from unexpected backgrounds joined the department, strengthening its multidisciplinary capabilities, and under Franki’s leadership, the New Creators’ Showcase celebrated 35 years of championing emerging talent at Cannes. All of this happens alongside Franki running her own independent film company, Western Edge Pictures which was listed in the top 50 production companies
