In just 3 years, our female-led team grew from a standing start – no revenue and no clients – into one of the UK’s most exciting experiential agencies. Testament to that? We won Creative Experience Agency of the Year 2025 at the Campaign Experience Awards.

After relaunching our proposition, making ‘the intangible, tangible’, and named in The Drum’s ‘Agencies to Watch 2025’, we won 6 new global clients. A major highlight was delivering TikTok’s largest calendar event, LIVE Fest – then winning the 2026 edition after a fiercely competitive pitch. We smashed our turnover target by 35%. International work now accounts for 30% of revenue, and our service offering expansion led to exciting new projects - including a 360° multi-sensory concept for Netflix’s Upfront. With a rise in US activations, we made our boldest move yet, launching an office in New York to accelerate global expansion. Our industry visibility soared: press mentions increased by 62%, 16 agency voices were represented, and our LinkedIn following grew by 59%. We’ve maintained a strong team of 37, enhanced our creative capabilities and continued to fuel our standout agency culture. We’re small but mighty – proof that ambition, creativity, and heart can outperform scale.
