Head of Client Operations, Emma Fleming, personifies the role of Account Manager with her effortless, organised and inspiring approach.

She’s described as the Account Manager that every other Account Manager aspires to be, and every client wants on their account. She leads our Account Management department, providing unparalleled dedication to our roster of clients; Microsoft, The North Face, Napapijri, INEOS to name a few. The Account Management team, under her leadership, covers 91% of the annual net revenue of the entire business, which saw a 37% growth in retained clients this year, a 50% referral rate and proudly holds a 92% client retention rate. Emma’s been paramount to SHARE recent successes in agency growth league tables where we grew revenue 100% YoY. She’s also a main contributor as to why we have such a high client retention rate, as well as winning new business, because when clients leave brands, they take us with them to their next. We’ve won a number of awards this year, all of which have been for her accounts and all clients under her leadership have consistently hit their KPIs.
