That vision may sound like two objectives, but we saw them as one. Because we believed that focusing on representation, and building a media agency that reflects the audiences we try to reach, would lead to disproportionate growth for both us and our clients. It’s been a big journey, as we’ve doubled in size in the last three years, and this year, we realised our vision. We became the most diverse media agency in the UK (source: Campaign School Reports), as well as being the only ones to have a 0% gender pay gap. In turn, we achieved a 100% client retention rate (vs. the industry average of 25%) and grew revenue to double digits. We achieved this success through three strategic priorities that put our people at the heart of everything we do. These priorities were presented to the entire agency at the start of January, and we have lived them every day since.
