We set the agenda in everything we do and 2023 was no exception.

Last year we won 4 new clients, created many new brand platforms, showcased our effectiveness at Ad Week Europe with Tyrrell's, swept the awards with #GoGrabTheButterkist and Dole. Led the industry with Flying Start - our industry first ‘positive action’ training scheme, enthusiastically embraced the 3:2 model, helped everyone to ‘Make-themselves-more-healthy’ and introduced ‘end-of-the-month-munch’. Launched our AR capability with our Creative Partner being named a TikTok Effect House Ambassador, launched our branded content arm and hired a Head of Transformation to expand our capabilities. Shortlisted for Campaign’s UK and Global Agency of the Year for the third year in a row and named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work for the 6th year. Shortlisted for Oystercatcher’s Agency of the Year and Best Agency Culture 2023 and Neil Henderson was nominated for the Suki Thomson Change Maker award. We were awarded CPD Platinum for the third year in a row, recognising our commitment to people development.
