This year we celebrated Starcom’s 25th birthday.

And a culture as strong as any business, as proven by our fourth consecutive year in Campaign’s Best Places to Work, a first appearance in the Sunday Times list, and end of year recognition as a top 5 agency in the industry by Campaign.
We are led by a stable and widely respected senior team who feature heavily in Campaign’s Top Ten lists, securing each number 1 spot in December 2024: a team in place since 2020 and recognised as Leadership Team of the Year by The Media Leader.
