We strengthened our position as the UK’s leading independent OOH specialist, delivering nationally recognised work that seamlessly integrates into wider media strategies. We increased market share, had strong year on year growth, and continued to champion OOH as the hype man of the media mix. We didn’t play the odds, we played our ACES. Our framework that underpins our standout work like Channel 4’s Honesty Box and Pepsi’s Sweet Room, which is why we were the most awarded OOH agency at the 2025 Outdoor Media Awards. Our proprietary tools, Ada, Atlas and Plato, enabled smarter targeting and buying, while Trax measured creative impact. All this contributed to media owners calling us “forward thinking” and “the best specialist outdoor agency,” and us earning IPA Effectiveness Accreditation for the third consecutive term. Our culture enabled all of it. Through five employee led Cogs, we gave everyone a voice. We offered six months fully paid parental leave, inclusive policies, a “Feel Good” allowance, and recognition through our Talon Talent Awards. By championing diversity and inclusion, we created a workplace where people thrive, and achieved an 84% retention rate.
