Following a successful 2021, we onboarded 17 new clients, retained 100% of our happy clients, recruited 41 new TKFers, awarded 31 promotions, supported our team with the Cost-of-Living crisis, and paid bonuses, all while growing turnover by 30%, growing top 10 client spends by 36%, income by 17% and ebitda by 15% (that’s +47% in 3 years!).
We continued investing in new measurement systems and technology and expanded our services to sell 74% more consultancy hours, while reducing time-to-campaign output by 8%. We also celebrated effective client outcomes, including successfully launching CarStore to market, overdelivering enquiries by +35% and generating +123% value growth YoY for White Claw.
We won eight industry awards, became top independent agency in Campaign’s New Business League Table, increased agency fame through thought leadership, championed our talent through bespoke training and development and lived our Values to the full while delivering best in class work for new and existing clients alike.
