In 2023, Linn collaborated with the board to envision a revamped agency, aiming to redefine the business as the forefront exemplar of the future agency. The priority was to build on the incredible legacy of integrity that the agency's founder, Tamara Littleton has created over the last 21 years - retaining the respected brand safety and engagement work it delivers for the world's most famous brands. Understanding that agencies are people-led businesses, Linn started the re-invention by investing in talent from leading agencies, brand teams, tech and social platforms. Diversity of TSE’s offering ensued to include creative innovation, strategy and consultancy to its existing services, meeting clients evolving needs in a growing social-first world. These changes have driven a £2 million revenue increase YOY and is expected to enable the agency to grow exponentially in 2024. As an industry expert, Linn's contributions to press, panels and thought-leadership highlight her knowledge/commitment to enhancing adland. Her role as a regular contributor for The Marketing Society, contributions to ISBA's Knowledge Sessions and becoming a spokesperson for BBC news in 2023 showcase her efforts.
