We’ve spent this past year busily growing our business through both organic and new, new business. In October we won INEOS, one of the world’s largest manufacturing companies, to become the agency of record for their £8m INEOS Hygienics brand campaign.

We won a place on the LG UK roster for their Gram laptop, as well as the global business for OLED TV, consolidating our relationship with the tech giant. We also saw some significant organic growth from NatWest Group including previously out of scope projects including the first Coutts rebrand in 50 years and the launch of its B-Corp status.

Thanks to this success growing our business organically over the past year, we’ve increased our headcount in the UK by 10% despite the challenging times faced by all businesses.

If that wasn’t enough, we continued to win awards too. From Platinum IPA CPD to Silver Integrated AOTY, to a Cannes Glass Lion and D&AD Wooden Pencil for RNIB. We also became one of the first agencies to gain IPA Effectiveness accreditation, and for the second year running we were the highest ranking large creative agency in the Campaign Best Places to work survey with 82% of staff agreeing The&Partnership is a good place to work.
