In 2025, the headlines for Tin Man have really shone. We’ve been named Agency of the Year three times in the last twelve months, won 19 out of 21 pitches, added some phenomenal brands to our portfolio (hello… Tesco, Dunelm, Innocent, Cafédirect, Philips Hue, LELO, Three UK and Sue Ryder to name a few), grown 12% and made double digit profit.

What’s missing from the headlines, however, is the real story. And it hasn’t been all rainbows and unicorns. You’ll have to read the entry to find out more but, safe to say, we squared up to the challenge and made the decision to go BIG on our clients and BIG on new business. And big we went, finishing 2025 bigger, stronger, more stable and incredibly proud. And this is why we’ve taken top spot in PR Week’s New Business Rankings for most of 2025. Winning retained work for big brands was the name of the game, and we rolled double sixes all year. In addition, we supercharged our agency culture and you’ll see in our latest staff engagement survey 100% feel proud to work for Tin Man. This is our 2025 story – and it’s a real page turner.
