Tin Man


2020-21. It was quite a year, wasn't it? Work was cancelled, staff got sick, we missed being together, our favourite sandwich shop closed - on top of that, our office building was broken into.

Yet against the odds, the Tin Man tale finished with a happy ending. Our agency united like never before; our Comms with Heart ethos became our guiding force. We created industry-leading initiatives in mental health and diversity and inclusion. We supported staff and clients, diversified, innovated – we even won a ton of new clients and silverware - emerging stronger, brighter, and in better shape mentally, emotionally and commercially.
