Despite a tougher economic landscape in 2023, in its 10th year Tin Man has continued to shine, winning £1m+ of new client work in 2023, and growing 10% with a profit margin of 20%. Tin Man marched on and continued to build arguably the most enviable and exciting client list in our category, which also includes Virgin Atlantic, Vodafone, Mondelez International (Oreo, Cadbury Fingers, Belvita etc), Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Unilever, Magnet Kitchens, London Luton Airport, Gumtree, Plenty of Fish, Guide Dogs and Warner Brothers Studio Tour. We’ve also continued to live by our Tin Man ethos, Communications with Heart - and put our people first. We’ve heavily invested in our team, our policies, our culture and the industry as a whole. And finally - and probably most importantly - we realised the power and potential of our predominantly female run agency. Whilst we never set out to have an 80% female senior team, we’ve recognised the strength this has brought.
