TMW's New Business & Marketing Team

The TMW New Business & Marketing Team is made up of Steve Garside (Chief Growth Officer), Kerry Gibson (New Business Director), Henry Joyce (PR & Marketing Lead) and Mimi Fullerton (New Business & Marketing Manager).

Together, the team is responsible for setting TMW’s growth strategy, leading all major pitches, embedding new business thinking across the agency, and positioning TMW within Accenture Song as a centre of creative and CRM excellence. In a year of unprecedented change, the team proved that rapid growth doesn't have to come at the expense of culture. Following four consecutive years of double-digit growth, 2024 saw TMW acquired by Accenture. Tasked with scaling the agency’s new business engine at pace – while protecting the values and creative ambition that made TMW successful – the team has led the agency through the most significant evolution in its 39-year history. The result: rapid growth, TMW’s biggest integrated creative wins ever, a huge amount of net new business converted, and the successful retention and expansion of existing client relationships, all while retaining the soul of an entrepreneurial, integrated creative marketing agency.
