Hi, we’re VCCP’s DE&I Collective. This is our entry for Talent Management Team of the Year. While others have retreated, we continue to see diversity as our superpower and have leaned harder than ever into what we believe is fair and right. That’s why we’ve gone bigger on DE&I than ever before. We expanded our DE&I Collective from 15 to 40 people across the business, scaled The Challenger Academy to new parts of the country and brought a new agency partner, Oliver, on board, and have provided DE&I consultancy to more clients to ensure more inclusive work.

The DE&I Collective has helped us transform a year of global DE&I backlash into one of our most successful years for talent acquisition, retention, and belonging.
