For Guinness, Verve embedded the brand into music culture, reversing a decade-long summer sales decline and delivering the biggest seasonal sales shift in the brand’s 266-year history. For Smirnoff, belonging became an operating principle, setting a new benchmark for inclusive festival design at scale. For Google, experience thinking was applied internally, transforming onboarding from a procedural formality into a time-efficient cultural platform that returned hours to the business while accelerating confidence and connection. Alongside the work, Verve delivered record commercial performance, achieving 28% year-on-year revenue growth, an 86% win rate on targeted new business, and deliberately declining over £1M in misaligned revenue in line with its B Corp commitments.
