Wiser is an employer brand and early talent agency built to change the way people think about work. Over the last 12 months, we’ve grown through challenge, not despite it. When the market dipped and budgets were cut, we held our nerve, protected every job and focused on what we do best: building brands people want to work for. We grew internationally, launched in the US and Middle East, and won brilliant new clients across finance, FMCG, hospitality and tech. Closer to home, we delivered some of our strongest work yet. Creative that cuts through, strategies grounded in insight, and partnerships that last. We’ve kept our independence and stayed true to our culture, with our people owning a majority of the business. Everything we do is in-house, from research and strategy to design and production, so clients get one seamless team who live and breathe their brand.
