John began his career agency side, at McCann-Erickson and Y&R across clients such as Coca-Cola, Nescafe, Bacardi, Virgin Atlantic and M&S. He then moved client-side, to Red Bull re-defining the way the brand connected with people through offline and online experiences, in content and in culture. He was EMEA VP at Monster Energy, where he oversaw the rapid growth of the Monster brand and team across Europe, Middle East & Africa, overseeing a marketing team that grew from 10 to over 350, launching 20 new products whilst expanding from 5 markets to over 60. He was CMO of Vero, the next gen social network delivering growth from 0.5m to 4.5m new members. He is now the Director of Consumer Experience, supporting the new category brands delivering business transformation, with a channel-less approach to delivering brand experiences at every touchpoint.
