Karen Wilkinson

Karen is Marketing Director at Evergreen Garden Care, leading sustainable garden care innovations including pioneering peat-free growing media and growing gardening's leading brands including Miracle Gro, Levington and Roundup, heading up brand, communications, category, digital and portfolio management for the past 3 years. Previously Marketing Director at AkzoNobel UK&I for ten years, she managed Dulux and £1.7bn business. Earlier in her career she spent 15 years heading up marketing for Irish bank AIB (UK) plc. Her achievements include winning ThinkBox Grand Prix Award in 2023 and being finalist The Marketing Society Inspirational Leader of 2023. Karen was listed as Campaign Magazine's 'Top 40 over 40' in 2024. She currently volunteers as a mentor for The Marketing Society leadership programme and was a judge for Campaign Agency of The Year 2025.
