Sara joined Center Parcs as Chief Marketing Officer in March 2025 and brings a wealth of experience in entertainment marketing, having worked for some of the UK's best-known brands. Prior to joining Center Parcs, she was UK and Europe Group Sales and Marketing Director at Merlin Entertainments for iconic entertainment brands such as Alton Towers, The London Eye, Thorpe Park and Sealife. She was previously Digital Marketing Director at LEGO in the global product development team and has held top roles at the BBC and Global Media. Sara has been named one of the Top 100 most effective UK Marketers by Marketing Week five times in a row and was named a Top 50 UK CX professional by Marketing Week in 2024 & 25. She is a fellow of the Marketing Academy, chaired the London Marketing Directors' Tourism Recovery Board and, as a proud champion of inclusion and diversity, is an active member of the Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership (WACL) Campaigning Committee and mentor to many aspiring marketers.
