It was also a year of change, with Accenture Song acquiring UNLIMITED, including TMW. Playing a key role throughout the acquisition process, Chris became Group CEO, extending his remit to lead not just TMW but a 600-strong team, spanning integrated capabilities from insight and research to health and B2B. 2025 has exceeded even our own expectations. While steering the business to a fifth consecutive year of double-digit growth, Chris has strategically aligned the business with Accenture Song. With the added firepower in tech and AI capabilities, we’re building the agency of the future, crafting industry-leading work for the likes of McDonald’s, Suzuki and Rail Delivery Group, and winning massive new opportunities for iconic brands like Royal Mail. Recently promoted to co-lead Song’s Marketing Practice, now numbering close to 1,200 people, Chris has spent the past year continuing to raise the bar – for our clients, for our people, and for the industry at large.
